What is CargobikeInsanity?
CargobikeInsanity llc is a billboard advertising company using stationary cargo bikes. We are the first and only company taking advantage of this new highly profitable market. Billboard advertising is multi-billion dollar industry. Our bikes use a complex solar panel charging system to run 18”-22” advertising tv screens and digital scrolling signs. Tv and scrolling signs can run for months without interaction. The bikes can also give out fliers/menus 24/7 with our attached menu boxes. Our bikes can sit for weeks to months in any high traffic location.
CARGOBIKESURVEILLANCE – 1-4 directional wireless cameras and LIDAR cameras can be installed on bikes for: NYPD, government, fbi, private investigators, community surveillance, crime stopper programs and more. LIDAR camaras can be used for crime fighting areas. Reach out to local politicians. Sanitation department surveillance for isolated dumping areas (See attachment below for more info).
COMMUNITY OUTREACH BIKES – Bikes can be setup for many applications: free cell phone charging station, phone holder for students outside of schools, community information bike (lost animals, missing person) and fire safety info for fire department.
HOW IS IT LEGAL FOR YOUR CARGOBIKES TO BE PARKED FOR WEEKS TO MONTHS IN ONE SPOT?
We found a loophole in city & state law, allowing our bikes to be parked anywhere a 2 wheel bicycle can be locked up at. According to New York City law (see attachment) any bike can be chained to city property as long as it isn’t defective or un-rideable. We have over 10 cargobikes sitting around Brooklyn, Queens and Manhattan and haven’t had any issues with the city. Manhattan is a goldmine for commercial advertising. You have to see the vision.
WHY AREN’T OTHER COMPANIES DOING THIS? Several reasons: 1. it’s a new marketing idea that not many thought of. It’s a brilliant shark tank idea with many applications, which can make a lot of money in the advertising market, surveillance market and can be expanded to many cities. 2. Other companies don’t know the laws for parking a cargobike and don’t see the loophole. 3. The cost of purchasing a cargo bike ranges from $4000-$8000. Cargobikeinsanity llc figured out how to make our own patent design cargo bike for under $600.
CARGOBIKE DETAILS: Our custom designed cargo boxes on the rear of tricycles are made of wood (patent pending). Materials used for advertising are banners or stickers measuring 4’ wide x 4.5’ height x 2 (street side & sidewalk side) and 2’ wide x 4.5’ height x 2 (front and back).
Higher end model bikes have 18”-22” tv display screens and led scrolling signs (different sizes).
The bikes can also be equipped with surveillance cameras (Application below).
HISTORY: Cargobikeinsanity llc was incorporated January 2024. We have created 4 generations of the cargobikes. We have test marketed several bikes with SuperActionBurger restaurant. We have 3 other clients as of April 2025. The cargobikes have been tested in different weather conditions and have been stationary for several months at a time. Generation 4 Cargobikes can be upgraded with up to 22”-24” tv display screens. We want to compete with subway and bus station video display screens. Currently are are testing a 24” and 18” display screen on one bike.
Vandalism happens rarely; when it does a bike is usually too close to a competition business.
CURRENT BUSINESS SITUATION AND THE FUTURE PLAN
All the logistics have been figured out to make and transport up to 4 bikes every 1-2 weeks. Bikes are made in Brooklyn in Vlane’s driveway and transported around on a 14’ trailer. There are two stages:
1. Building, painting and assembling. 2. Putting banners/stickers on bike and installing all the electronics. Vlane does the electronics and material installs.
We are working on a patent design for the cargo box.
PRICE PLANS FOR CUSTOMERS FOR QUEENS & BROOKLYN: $200 a month for basic cargobike marketing (for new clients). Basic bike is 4 sided billboard and a menu box. $400 a month for silver bike package and includes: menu box, 18” digital tv screen. $500 a month gold package includes: menu box, 18” screen and two led signs.
Prices can go higher in high demand traffic areas; this will be called surge pricing.
Manhattan price plans range from $350-$800 a month (see competition billboard prices attached).
Profit margins are 100% after 2-3 months.
We are doing 3 months free trial for “Some” new clients, where we pay for the bike rental and materials for 3 months. Client can decide if they want to keep paying monthly for the services. Vlane does free location surveys (see attachment) and free marketing designs on advertising materials, to attract new clients.
CURRENTLY: Funding is needed for marketing on social media to obtain more clients. At least $10k-$30k is needed to promote marketing videos on Tiktok, Facebook and Instragram for local businesses in Queens, Brooklyn & Manhattan. Business partner is needed to help with organic pitches to businesses on social media.
NOTE: Bikes are moved around and checked on in the middle of the night. Some bikes need to be rotated (a few blocks away) every 1-2 months to gain new customer’s attention.
Currently Vlane (the owner) is: supervising the current 10 cargobikes on NYC streets, twice a week (filling up fliers, checking charging systems and checking for any damage). Vlane is also supervising the build of the bikes, transporting the bikes, installing the electronics and moving bikes to marketing location.
THE BIGGEST CHALLENGE ISSUE: Educating potential clients on how the cargobikes can promote their business or brand. It’s a new marketing category so people aren’t used to this idea and don’t understand the value. Our videos on social media helps a lot to show the potential.
BUSINESS PARTNER WANTED.
Seeking an open minded business partner with experience with marketing, business expansion and client acquisition.
Partner is needed to manage orders, manage client payments, handle sales, help supervise future employees, deal with payroll. Partner needs to

BACKGROUND ON OWNER VLANE
Open minded entrepreneur, chance taker, problem solver, ideas guy, successful business owner and work well with others. Successful ran Action Burger aka Super Action Burger since 2012. Published author of the Bio-sapien series. CargobikeInsanity required 100s of hours of test marketing different bikes through different weather conditions, testing several batteries/charging systems and weather proofing. Testing different locks, camera systems and studying 100s of different foot traffic areas with cargobike advertising. Vlane tested his book series, artwork and animation videos on a cargobike infront of Barnes and Noble in 2024 at Union Square. That experimental marketing can be used for musicians, artist, book authors and comic book authors.
FUTURE:
- A lawyer will be needed on standby to deal with any issues when business expands.
- As business expands a retail shop will need to be leased, to build bikes faster and move finished bikes to location clients paid for.
- Hiring of staff to replace our jobs. A marketing person can be hired to do most of partners job.
Hire staff to replace Vlane’s jobs. Make bikes and finish electronics in leased shop. Night or day person check all bikes in twice a week.

- Self-regulating ourselves. We only allow up to 20 bikes per zip code and don’t put bikes within 2 blocks of a competition business. Having too many bikes in areas could cause future problems.
In the future donations would need to be made to local politicians and offer free bikes for their reelection campaign to avoid new laws being created to block these advertising bikes. Free bikes offered to community boards in exchange for free video surveillance.

PAY PER NEW CLIENT ATTAINED. No Buy in $ and no partnership %. We will pay 15% on each monthly client you attain for us. So if the monthly payment from client is $200, we will pay you $30 a month, until the client stops using the service. Manhattan sales is where the money is since they range from $350-$900 a month. To pull this off you’ll need to manually email possible clients on social media.
